How To Use Earplugs
1.With clean hands roll plug into a tight, crease free cylinder.
2. with opposite hand pull up and back on outer ear to straighen ear canal.
3.Quickly insert earplug well into the ear canal and hold in place until it expands for a comfortable, secure fit

Care: Store your reusable earplugs in the organza bag to keep them clean and increase longevity. Discard earplugs when dirt and wax begin accumulating on earplugs.
